We are looking for an office assistant with phone sales/customer service experience.
Job responsibilities include:
answering 2 line phones to help answer customers questions
taking orders by phone and online
entering orders into Quick Books accounting program
sending emails to customers
* prior experience in customer service/phone sales
* one year minimum office experience
* high computer skills with Quick Books experience is a must
* detail oriented
* automotive knowledge is a plus
* we are a zero tolerance company so everyone can work in a safe environment
must pass background and drug test
Hours are: Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday 8-4:30 - Hours will grow to full time quickly. Saturday will always be needed.
